Toby Fullmer Recognized as a Rising Star.

Of the more than 90,000 lawyers in the state of Texas, less than 2.5% of them are considered Rising Stars by Texas Monthly magazine. Texas Monthly features outstanding young lawyers in the state in their annual publication of Texas Rising Stars.
