Dear Mr. Fullmer;

On behalf of the family of the late Robert Johnson Sr., I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the service given and the settlement obtained.

As you know, although I was not a participant in the suit, I tried to alleviate the burden on my mother, Annie Johnson, by more or less being her spokesperson. In all of my contacts with both you and your staff, I was treated kindly and courteously. Any questions, no matter what kind or how many, were seriously considered and promptly answered. I was advised of the progress, or lack thereof, at all stages of the case. That is something that I really was not used to. I was made to feel that we were your firm's most important clients. There is , however, a dark side to that. Now my mother feels that her whole life should go as smoothly as this case did. So Mr. Fullmer, I guess we need to put you in charge of my mother's future.

Bur seriously, my mother's future has been made brighter and certainly more secure by the settlement you were able to obtain. We were ready to settle for a far smaller sum. When I told my mother what the actual settlement turned to be, she was speechless (which if you knew my mother you would understand how extra ordinary that is).

Again, let me say thank you, to you and your wonderful staff.

Yours truly,

Dorothy Borden-Lewis
